During my career as a Sales and Marketing leader at some of the world’s best-known global companies, including Sony and LG, I sat across from business owners and senior managers and advised them on how they could compete, strengthen, and grow their business. While some of the larger organizations could hire consultants to assist them in executing their plans I saw a very real need for small businesses and individuals to have access to that same kind of world class coaching and business advice. From this idea arose MBF Coaching and Consulting whose mission is to remove the obstacles that are holding you back from the achieving the goals you want in your life or your business.
Following my corporate career, I became accredited by the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants (AASBC) and a certified coach. Coupled with my extensive experience working with and for companies of all sizes I felt I was ready to help others. I am now a practicing coach helping businesses and individuals create winning strategies for their businesses and themselves.
As an award-winning sales leader known for crafting a strategic vision to exceed business targets, I can bring a unique blend of operational acumen, client relationship building, revenue generation, and marketing execution experience gained while working for global Fortune 100 companies to you. This experience gained over the years has been invaluable in preparing me to help businesses, and individuals, become better at what they do.
During my career I had some achievements I feel very proud of, and that helped to prepare me for this role. At LG Electronics USA, Inc., I built an effective cross functional team which created and managed an industry leading MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) program that supported overall brand value and raised ASP’s, standardized sales and marketing processes, and consistently led communication across the company.
With a reputation for a keen understanding of the customer, and resulting strong client relationships, my work has been instrumental in launching new business categories, creating effective marketing campaigns, and consistently sustaining revenue growth over time
While at Sony Electronics, Inc. I created and executed strategic business plans for my portfolio driving growth at a 36%+ CAGR rate over a 5-year period demonstrating consistent sales success. With a focus on competitive analysis to further business goals, I initiated marketing and trade programs that supported my customers. I also was an active contributor to several key internal task forces on topics including process improvement and standardization, marketing and promotion, and supply chain execution.
These experiences provided me with practical experience in a lot of key areas that I can share with you in addressing your business or personal needs.
During my time at Sony Electronics, Inc. senior management recognized my track record of achievement as a Top Performer with induction into the elite Sony Samurai Society, a career recognition.
